  • HIV/AIDS:’ Together we can make Solution…’with Free Medical Services Workshop in Shop Mesan, Ibadan, Oyo State.
  • HIV/AIDS awareness programme including VCT among Nigeria Union of Teachers Co-operative Units in Ibadan Oyo-State: an ongoing project. This included paper presentation by our resource persons, free VCT for 57 attendees who consented; all were negative to the test kit used. Final target coverage is 2000 within one year of the programme. Sponsored by Guildance Community Development Foundation.
  • Self-motivated VCT for medical students at the University of Ibadan in May, 2010. 44 students were tested, no positive case identified. Sponsored by Guildance Community Development Foundation.
  • HIV/AIDS awareness programme as part of medical outreach at a chapter of Full Gospel Businessmen’s Fellowship in Ibadan Oyo-State in April 2009. 71 people Voluntarily participated in testing. A couple both tested positive and are currently being managed by PEPFAR team. Sponsored by Guildance Community Development Foundation.
  • Monthly HIV/AIDS awareness campaign to remote communities just opening up and lacking or deficient in access to information and HIV/AIDS programmes commence in April 2010. This has so far taken us to 13 communities in Oyo State. Counseling coverage had reached about 25,000 people with about 15 % tested for HIV Positive cases discovered in the communities have been referred.   • Ongoing community birth attendants targeted HIV/AIDS intervention is in planning stage and all stakeholders are making necessary input towards successful implementation, Sponsored by Guildance Community Development Foundation.
