·         9,208 adults and children received testing for HIV, anti-retroviral or medical care for HIV/AIDS, in Osun and Oyo States.
·         2,060 pregnant women and new mothers living with HIV received mother-to-child transmission prevention Oyo State.
·         1,000 people were served by malaria control programs across two states.
·         450 women benefitted from health services, including screening for cervical cancer.
·         1,800 Tanzanians students studying to be doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and radiologists, received support.  
·         $18,000 in surplus hospital medical supplies were sent to Oluyoro Catholic Hospital Oke Offa, Ibadan,Oyo State, Nigeria, Olajumoke Hospital,Iyana Church,Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria and Akinbami Health Clinic, Akinbami, Ayedire Local Government, Osun State,Nigeria..
·         Rural community health workers received almost 20,500 African-ready bicycles, which allowed them to deliver more care to more patients. 
·         1,300 rural Nigerians participated in sex education and health “mobile classes” with a focus on HIV/AIDS. 
·         670 orphans and vulnerable children in Oyo State received nutritional treatment and screening.
·         30,000 condoms were distributed to adults and commercial sex workers in Oyo State in Nigeria.
·         7,000 birth safety kits were distributed to traditional birth attendants four local Government in Oyo State in Nigeria
Education
·         4 tertiary school students received scholarships from us.
 
Economic Development
·         1,600 people participated in community-related activities focused on understanding attitudes related to governance, health, education, economic growth, and the environment.
·         2,500 women in ten countries benefitted from entrepreneurial, agricultural, health, first aid, and childcare training.
·         2,900 women received business skills training, seed capital, microfinance loans, and independent banking services.
MAJOR BREAK THROUGH
·         Major breakthrough in community intervention integration and mass mobilization at grassroots level.
·         Increase level of HIV/AIDS awareness among the people in Osun and Oyo State.
·         Increase in level of HIV/AIDS awareness and status determination among couple in the area mentioned above
·         Focus Group discussion among youth in localities at Ibadan in Oyo state and Iwo in Osun State.
·         Caring for unmet gap: Orphan and vulnerable youths.
·         Three Thousand birthing kits were distributed to traditional birth attendants and 133 traditional birth attendants trained to date.
·         The dewormer (Albendazole) had helped expel worms from the children.This on the longer term will aid digestion of 150 children and by extension the health of the children. Similarly, the vitamin a distributed
had helped in the improvement of sight and the cognitive development of the children in general.
